Features

HTS Oblique Locking Hip Screw System has been developed to reduce risk factors of bone healing such as cutout, protrusion, and swing motion, which are typically reported in Short femoral nails application, and to provide early mobilization incorporated with the procedural advantages of the conventional short hip screws.

Rotational Stability

Rotational stability secures by inserting 5.0mm locking pins distal and proximal to the main lag screw.

Angular stability

  • HTS Oblique Locking Hip Screw System has two 5.0mm locking pins at the proximal fixation and three 4.2mm locking pins with 90°and 45°virticaly at the distal fixation.
  • The angle stability construction realizes high pullout resistance and stress distribution.

Weight Bearing Strength

The plate thickness 8.2mm and width 19.0mm gain rigidity to tolerate earlier weight baring of patient gait.
