HTS Stellar Plate System
Since its release in 2004, this distal radius fracture plate system has been adopted by many healthcare facilities. To address the diverse fracture patterns increasing with an aging population, we offer a lineup of three optimized plate types for each case.

The RIM plate is a pioneering solution designed to provide targeted support to the articular surfaces of both the scaphoid and lunate fossae.

The Stellar D plate is a distally mounted design featuring a unique fixation system engineered to reduce complications.

Built upon clinical insights from over 70,000 cases, the proximally mounted plate system represents a refined and advanced evolution of the previous generation.
Features of HTS Stellar R
Featuring a radial-dominant architecture, the design delivers extensive support to the articular surface, including the radial articular.
Its anatomically contoured profile provides robust buttress support, while the Cross Locking Mechanism enhances stabilization across the articular surface.

Unique “Swing Locking” Mechanism for Enhanced Fixation and Superior Operability
The “Swing Locking” mechanism provides precise multi-directional adjustment in 7-degree steps, while the dedicated variable-angle guide block eliminates screw interference, delivering exceptional ease of use in complex cases.

Plate design optimized for Japanese patients
The system is developed using CT-based morphological data from Japanese skeletal anatomy, ensuring an outstanding fit.

Features of HTS Stellar D
Unique “Swing Locking” Mechanism for Enhanced Fixation and Superior Operability
The “Swing Locking” system allows surgeons to adjust screw trajectories in two or three distinct directions, in precise 7-degree increments.
The dedicated variable-angle guide block prevents screw interference, ensuring smooth and stress-free handling throughout the procedure.

Plate geometry designed to reduce the risk of FPL rupture
A proximally oriented central round-cut and a tapered distal end help minimize the risk of FPL irritation or rupture.

Robust Articular Surface Support with the Cross Locking Mechanism
The dual-row screw layout is anatomically optimized and densely positioned along the radial inclination to ensure superior fixation across the articular surface.
For extra-articular fractures, the design provides secure fragment capture, while for intra-articular fractures, it delivers reliable buttress support to the articular surface.

Features of HTS Stellar P
Robust joint surface support with Cross Locking Mechanism
None of the two rows of screws, arranged without gaps along the radius slope, are parallel.
In the case of extra-articular fractures, the retention of bone fragments is improved, and in the case of intra-articular fractures, strong support of the articular surface is achieved.

Size lineup for Japan
Even small patients can achieve a strong fixation with 7 screws.
