AnchorFix (APACERAM-FX)

AnchorFix (APACERAM-FX) is an artificial bone used in conjunction with the lag screws of UNICORN NAIL or HTS UNICORN NAIL 2.

Features

  • It is a solid molded material composed of solidified APACERAM granules with an air-in structure, providing excellent operability.
  • By filling the gap between the lag screw and the bone, AnchorFix (Apaceram-FX) helps improve the fixation stability at the lag screw–bone interface.
  • The tip of the lag screw crushes the AnchorFix, spreading its debris around the threads of the lag screw. This effect is expected to enhance the rotational and valgus stability of the femoral head element, respectively. (Source: Company data)
