Post-Implementation Report to the Fair Trade Council of the Medical Devices Industry

We hereby announce that, regarding the matter for which our company received a ‘Severe Warning’ from the Fair Trade Council of the Medical Devices Industry in June 2025, we submitted a post-implementation report on the status of our recurrence-prevention measures to the Council on July 3, 2026.

We take this matter very seriously and, over the past year, have undertaken company-wide efforts to strengthen our compliance framework with the goal of becoming a company that does not tolerate misconduct.

The main initiatives were based on the following five pillars:

1. Communicating our commitment to being a company that does not tolerate misconduct, both internally and externally
2. Expanding support for the sales organization
3. Strengthening pre-review procedures (entertainment event applications) and post-review procedures (entertainment expense applications)
4. Ongoing monitoring and audits by departments independent from the sales organization
5. Promoting awareness of the internal whistleblowing system

Our management team has taken the lead in continuously communicating messages aimed at fostering a corporate culture in which compliance is the highest priority. Through presidential messages and a renewed corporate vision, we have clearly articulated values such as Integrity and Initiative. In addition, our executives themselves took and passed the Fair Trade Council of the Medical Devices Industry’s Rules Instructor Examination, demonstrating a commitment to lead by example in compliance.

Furthermore, we clarified that not only individuals who commit violations, but also those who approve violations or fail to make appropriate reports, will be subject to strict measures in accordance with internal regulations. Through actual implementation, we have worked to ensure the effectiveness of corporate discipline.

We reported the status of these initiatives to the Fair Trade Council of the Medical Devices Industry and received confirmation that our company is steadily implementing its recurrence-prevention measures.

We will continue to position compliance as one of our highest management priorities, thoroughly adhere to healthcare-related laws and regulations, the Fair Competition Code, and all applicable legal requirements, and strive to remain a company trusted by all stakeholders.

We sincerely appreciate your continued understanding and support.
