Features
HTS Clavicular is a titanium-alloy plate system for acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fractures.
This locking plate was developed to reduce complications and provide stable fixation.
Two types of plates are available, depending on the clinical situation.
Two plate types

Silky Plate
・Indication: distal clavicle fractures

Elepace Plate
・Indications: acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fractures
Reduction of stress on the subacromial
The cross-section of the hook portion of the elephant plate has a rounded shape that slopes toward the back of the backward acromial.
This product reduces stresses on the subacromial, thereby reducing the risk of erosion and cutouts.

Fixation of distal bone fragments
Up to nine locking screws can be inserted distally. The screws are radially separated to provide stable fixation and strength of the distal bone fragments.

Fixation of proximal bone fragments
The proximal locking screw is angled at 2° each anteriorly and posteriorly. This has improved the pull-out strength.
