We also clearly define our responsibilities in the medical field, fair transactions with business partners, avoidance of conflicts of interest, and prohibition of bribery. Each employee is expected to act responsibly. Through these efforts, we contribute to the realization of a sustainable and prosperous society.

HOYA Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy

As a member of the HOYA Group, we do not tolerate any form of bribery and/or corruption, and we expect the highest standards of corporate ethics from all of our employees and business partners. Regardless of local customs, we do not make improper payments and maintain accurate books and records. Through the selection and supervision of business partners, we ensure strict compliance with laws and company policies, and any suspicious activity must be reported to the Compliance Department or the HOYA Group’s common reporting channel (HOYA Helpline).

Gifts, entertainment, donations, and travel expenses are only permitted when legitimate and lawful, and violations by third parties are also not tolerated. Through training and internal audits, we promote company-wide awareness and preventive measures. We also maintain transparency and trust under the HOYA Group’s strict common standards.
